I couldn’t recommend this appraiser more. I am highly pleased with their top-notch service. They were incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and demonstrated a deep level of knowledge throughout the entire process. It was clear they take great pride in their work and are committed to delivering accurate, well-supported evaluations.
What stood out most was their work ethic and availability—you can actually get in touch with them when you need to. Unlike many others, they were always responsive, easy to reach, and willing to answer any questions I had along the way.

John and his daughter Kerri came to a listing of mine that was under contract. They were ordered by the mortgage co. to provide property appraisal. They made the process quite simple, were friendly and very professional! We had no issues with the appraisal process or the report itself in order for buyers to get financing and for the property to close as scheduled. It's a family business across their organization and would recommend them.

I highly recommend Regional Real Estate Appraisal Service!! Kristi Callanan was immensely helpful beyond the appraisal service! I was tasked with selling a property in N Fort Myers from Virginia that belonged to a family member. Not only did the firm quickly, thoroughly and fairly appraise the overgrown and neglected property, but when I sought advise on selection of a realtor and a lawyer, Kristi suggested I use a realtor from a comparable property listed in the appraisal that recently sold and a real estate attorney they’d heard good things about. Kristi was spot on with her advice and the property quickly went under contract at the appraised value. Kristi turned an enormous, long-distance challenge for me into a piece of cake. I am immensely lucky to have selected this firm and so very grateful for all of Kristi’s excellent help beyond the service for she was hired. Also she was happy for me when the property sold, which was really nice. Thank you again, Kristi, so much for your help.

I'm so pleased with the job that this wonderful group of people did for me! They were thorough, timely and responsive, and as an out-of-state customer the communication was paramount as I wasn't able to be onsite at the property.
I'm happy as well to support a family-owned business....multi-generational too, as the owner and his daughters make up the team! And his parents before that. On top of this, the owner himself, John, spent a great deal of time with me on the phone answering my questions and had provided helpful suggestions outside of the work as well. Highly recommended. If I could give ten stars I would. Thank you all so very much 🙏🏻
